Information submitted to the platform
Business users may provide company names, contact details, RFQ information, product descriptions, inventory information, technical specifications and related transaction or inspection details.
How information is used
Information is used to operate sourcing, marketplace, supplier, inspection, quotation and transaction workflows; to respond to requests; to protect the platform; and to maintain operational records.
Confidential marketplace information
Seller contacts, supplier identities and sensitive commercial information are kept internal by default and are not intentionally displayed on public marketplace pages unless publication is appropriate.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organizational controls are used to protect platform data. Operational records may be retained where needed for business, legal, security, audit and transaction purposes.
